1. Deposit of $50 due on all packages at the time of the reservation to guarantee the party. Deposits are non-refundable.
2. All cancellations to food and beverage orders must be received 72 hours prior to scheduled party time (e.g., changing from with food or without food package). If notice is not received 72 hours in advance, you will be charged for food ordered with original package selection.
3. Party packages have a minimum of 8 guests, maximum of 12 guests per party package. Package prices do not include optional gratuity for your party pal.
4. If you are interested in a larger party, we can accommodate up to 20 total guests. This requires booking a double party package and must be specified at the time of booking to ensure adequate space and staffing will be available.
5. Party room size is limited and are designed to accommodate a maximum of 12 child guests and the immediate family of the birthday child. There is minimal adult space available in the party rooms. If you expect your guests’ parents to stay, it is your responsibility to limit their access to the party room during the celebration time. You can suggest they wait for their child in the Cafe, The Pub, or the arcade during this portion of the party.
6. At least one adult must accompany your group at all times.
7. Your Party Pal will be ready to begin checking in your party 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. Please ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early. When you and your guests arrive, proceed directly to the Welcome Center to your right as you enter the building.
8. Guests of both PINHEADS bowling parties and Play*A*Lot! are required to wear socks. Bowling shoes are not required for Thunder Bowl.
9. The party packages include approximately 50 minutes of attraction time (bowling, Thunder Bowl, or play time in Play*A*Lot!) and approximately 45 minutes of private party room time. You will not have access to you party room until the second half of your party.
10. No outside food or beverages can be brought in. All food must be purchased via The Pub Catering or the Birthday Party Department.
